If the Salman Agha-led side wins on Thursday, it will books its date in the summit clash with Afghanistan, which has won two games so far.
In case the UAE pulls off a shock win over Pakistan, the race to the final will remain open, with the final league game between the host and Afghanistan on Friday assuming significance.
