WWE Hall Of Fame: Every Female Inductee, Ranked

Women’s wrestling in WWE is at an all-time high right now, no doubt thanks to these incredible wrestlers who’ve been inducted into the Hall of Fame.

However, the big lesson that was clear from this show was the fact that WWE needs to book the women more consistently. The company needs to be building regular storylines around all of the members on the roster, not just those carrying the two top titles, as the entire roster showcased that they’re capable of delivering on the grandest stage.

There was barely any time spent building this event, yet they managed to create something compelling that fans were hooked on. If Triple H was able to do that on a weekly basis, then there would be more female matches at future premium live events because the demand would be there.

The Female WWE Superstars Proved They Can Deliver, Yet Again

  • No matches underperformed
  • WWE has a roster full of talent ready to do more
  • The WWE NXT women’s roster is also capable of stepping up

Evolution involved every available female performer in some capacity, and it became evident that they are ready to step up and be counted. The entire women’s division is thriving at the moment, and that needs to be reflected in the weekly product, not just for one night per year.

Everything the women did on the night connected with the audience, not just in the State Farm Arena, but those watching at home too, as thousands upon thousands took to social media to pour praise all over the women’s offerings in Atlanta. WWE now needs to focus more and more on booking the women’s division in a way that reflects the immense talent that they have at their disposal.

Right now, many of WWE’s biggest and most popular stars are women’s wrestlers. The likes of IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley, Naomi and Becky Lynch are all thriving, while Lyra Valkyria, Roxanne Perez and Sol Ruca are all developing and elevating themselves seemingly every week. This should be reflected on the weekly television product outside of whatever title matches are being booked for that month’s PLE.

Triple H Has Already Shown Signs Of Listening To The WWE Universe

  • Triple H spoke about the need for equality across the board
  • He needs to regularly book women’s matches on every show
  • Fans don’t want just one night a year for the women to be spotlighted

The reactions of the WWE Universe throughout the show make it obvious that they want WWE to listen, as they want to see a lot more regular women’s action and storylines with character driven arcs.

25 Best WWE Women’s Wrestlers Of All Time

Women’s wrestling has improved leaps and bounds with some talented in-ring performers, but who are the most outstanding female wrestlers to grace WWE?

WWE fans wouldn’t turn down a third female-only event, as the previous two have been so well received, but the focus has to be on improving women’s wrestling across the board. Triple H seemed to reflect on that during the post-show press conference when he addressed the future of WWE Evolution as an event.

“I don’t want to say it’s yearly, it’s not yearly. I think we see what that demand is for it. Because as the demand for the women grows across the board every day, it becomes less about having their own show and more about… the equality, it’s all there. They don’t have to have their show to be in the spotlight. But if it works, we’ll definitely go down that road again. It’s a ‘we shall see.’

Triple H has already seemed like he’s listening to fans with how he booked Monday Night Raw this week. The episode was filled with women’s matches and segments, all of which were positive. SummerSlam also already features three women’s matches, and there’s potential for more, which is the type of development that fans are eager to see.
