Both teams have shared moments of dominance in the lead up to SummerSlam 2025, though on the go-home episode of Monday Night RAW, Breakker and Reed absolutely decimated the Bloodline pairing. This should be repeated at SummerSlam.

He’s had two reigns as Intercontinental Champion and had some standout moments when it comes to his highlight reel of spears, but in terms of actual high-profile victories, he is still looking for one that will elevate him firmly to the main event scene. Beating Roman Reigns, who has been at the tippy top of WWE for the last decade and pushed harder than anyone, would be a statement.

Roman Reigns Is In Need Of Adversity As A Babyface

A win for Bron Breakker would of course be beneficial to his rise as a star, but this result would also help Roman Reigns. As a babyface, Reigns is still in need of more adversity to overcome. It feels as though he hasn’t faced enough issues to warrant being a good guy worthy of the fans’ support yet, much of that due to him being a part-timer in WWE nowadays, and not being around often enough to truly get his teeth into storylines and develop as a babyface.

Losing to Breakker can drum up some doubt in his ability and standing in WWE, making him question whether he’s still as good as he once was.
