The Hundred 2025 latest results – Livingstone’s blitz, Rashid’s costly spell, Welsh Fire woes

Trent Rockets and Southern Brave remain the only unbeaten teams after the latest round of matches in The Hundred, with both recording comfortable wins to consolidate their positions at the top of the table.

Trent Rockets vs Northern Superchargers

Joe Root’s Rockets defeated Harry Brook’s Superchargers by five wickets to maintain their perfect start. Rehan Ahmed starred with 2/23 as the Superchargers were restricted to 124, with Marcus Stoinis and Akeal Hosein also taking two wickets each. Ahmed’s 31 and Tom Banton’s 37 ensured the chase was completed with ease.

Southern Brave vs Birmingham Phoenix

The Brave powered past Phoenix by nine wickets. Jofra Archer (2/16) and Michael Bracewell (3/10) limited Phoenix to 106 before James Vince and Leus du Plooy steered the side home at a canter.

Oval Invincibles vs Manchester Originals

Oval Invincibles made it two wins from two with a dominant nine-wicket victory. Rashid Khan’s 3/19 restricted the Originals to 128, before Will Jacks and Tawanda Muyeye raced to the target with a 114-run opening stand off just 49 balls.

Oval Invincibles vs Birmingham Phoenix

The defending champion’s streak ended as Phoenix chased down 180 to win by four wickets. Donovan Ferreira’s 63 set up the Invincibles’ total, but Liam Livingstone’s explosive 69 from 27 balls — including five consecutive boundaries off Rashid — turned the game. Rashid’s 59 runs conceded in 20 balls was the most expensive spell in The Hundred.

Manchester Originals vs London Spirit

The Originals claimed their first win with a 10-run victory. Jos Buttler’s 46 helped post 163, and despite David Warner’s 71 for Spirit, Josh Tongue’s 3/29 proved decisive.

London Spirit vs Welsh Fire

Spirit edged Welsh Fire by eight runs in a high-drama finish. Warner’s 70 set up 163 before the Fire collapsed to 55/6. Jonny Bairstow’s 86 and Chris Green’s 31 revived the chase, but Spirit held firm.
