After kick-starting its World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 campaign with a five-match Test series in England, India will be away from red-ball international cricket for about two months.
Following the completion of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025 series against England, India’s next Test assignment will be a two-match Test series against West Indies, which begins from October 2 in Ahmedabad.
India will also take on South Africa in two Tests at home in November, which will be its last red-ball assignment of 2025.
In 2026, India will travel to Sri Lanka and New Zealand for its WTC assignments in August and October, respectively, after facing Afghanistan in a one-off Test match at home.
India’s WTC 2025-27 campaign will end with a five-match Test series against Australia at home, starting in January, 2027.
