He died from an acute myocardial infarction, which is commonly known as a heart attack, according to records from the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center obtained by The U.S. Sun.

An examination of the wrestling star found he had a history of atrial fibrillation, which is a heart rhythm disorder that can lead to an irregular or rapid heart rate.

He also had a history of leukemia CLL, which is a type of cancer that affects white blood cells, the documents state.

Hogan never told the public about his battle with cancer.

A spokesperson for the center said the family plans to cremate the body but did not provide further details on a funeral, according to Page Six.

Hogan had been dealing with significant health issues for months when he went into cardiac arrest at his $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater.

He had a neck surgery in May, and was rushed to the hospital afterwards over complications with his recovery.

In June, he suffered a series of health issues that left him reportedly unable to feel his legs or walk with a cane.

However, multiple people, including his wife Sky, downplayed his issues and insisted that he was making great progress.

She said in social media posts last month that his heart was “strong” and “there was never any lack of oxygen or brain damage.”

“None of these rumors are true,” she told her followers on her Instagram stories.

In a heartwrenching statement written after his death, Sky said, “He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed he would overcome them.”

“I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time,” she wrote.

Sky said her husband’s tragic passing was made easier because of his Christian faith.

“He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he’s been welcomed home,” she wrote.

What is Chronic lymphocytic leukemia?

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, commonly known as CLL, is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow.

The cells impacted are known as lymphocytes – the white blood cells that help fight infections.

The illness often impacts older adults.

It can lead to frequent infection due to a weakened immune system, anemia causing fatigue and weakness, and easy bruising.

The causes of chronic lymphocytic leukemia are not known.

Many people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia don’t experience symptoms for years, and it’s possible Hogan did not know he had it.

For people with early-stage CLL, doctors recommend closely monitoring the disease without immediate treatment, because the risks outweigh the benefits.

Some of the factors that could increase the risk of developing CLL include age, race, if there is a history of cancer in a person’s family, or exposure to chemicals.

Scientists found a link between the herbicide Agent Orange, which was used during the Vietnam War, and an increased risk of developing CLL.

It can be treated with targeted drugs that attack the cancer cells, immunotherapy to help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and chemotherapy.

It has a relatively high survival rate, and many people with CLL live with it for years or decades while managing it as a chronic condition.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is a slow-growing cancer that originates in the bone marrow and produces too many abnormal white blood cells that can’t properly fight infection.
