Hong Kong on Friday announced its 20-member squad for the upcoming Asia Cup 2025, set to be held in the United Arab Emirates from September 9 to 28.
The side will be competing in Group B alongside Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka. It plays its first game against Afghanistan on September 9 in Abu Dhabi.
Hong Kong had last featured in the 2022 editon of the Asia Cup, which was a T20 tournament. It lost to India and Pakistan and failed to make it past the group stage.
Other than Hong Kong, only India and Pakistan have named their squads.
