Before their relationship, Graves was married and had three children, while Carmella had been dating former WWE Superstar Big Cass. Graves and Carmella made their relationship public in 2019. They got engaged in 2021 and were married in April 2022. A year later, in November 2023, they welcomed their first child together — Dimitri Paul Polinsky. Though Carmella sadly has dealt with a post-pregnancy complication, which is called drop foot. According to the Mayo Clinic, it means “difficulty lifting the front part of the foot. It’s often caused by compression of a nerve.”

After 12 years with the company, in February 2025, WWE decided not to renew her contract. Her last televised match in the company was on the March 6, 2023, episode of WWE RAW, where she lost to Bianca Belair. While her last official match was at Madison Square Garden for the WWE Road To WrestleMania Supershow, there she was in a tag team match along with Piper Niven, Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY, and they lost to Asuka, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Nikki Cross, and Candice LeRae.

Graves, on the other hand, was attacked by Brock Lesnar on the September 19, 2025, edition of WWE SmackDown to be written off television. He had tried to protect Michael Cole, but was unsuccessful. He was, of course, written off because of Carmella’s pregnancy. So congratulations to the couple on the birth of their baby boy!
